Why We Started This
International patients can encounter very different pricing and trip logistics across markets. Our role is to make the Colombia option easier to compare without pretending that price alone tells you anything about quality or candidacy.
We're based in Medellín, Colombia — physically here, not running a website from a desk in Florida. That means we personally vet every surgeon, visit every facility, and can be there the day of your procedure if you need us.
Colombia's Medical Reputation
This isn't medical tourism to some unknown destination. The World Health Organization's 2000 World Health Report ranked Colombia #22 globally and #1 in the entire Western Hemisphere for overall health system performance. That's ahead of the United States at #37 and Canada at #30.
Patients should verify both the professional and the facility independently. Colombia’s Ministry of Health provides ReTHUS for professional registration checks and REPS for health-provider registration. We link to those official tools throughout the site.
Our standard: No invented testimonials, fake patient stories, or unsupported claims that a provider has been “verified” by us. We provide referral and logistics help and encourage patients to perform independent credential checks.
What We Actually Do
We're a patient coordination service — think of us as your personal liaison between you and Colombia's top cosmetic surgeons. When you reach out, here's what happens:
You tell us your goals. What procedures are you considering? What timeline works? What's your budget? We listen first.
We route quote requests. With your consent, we may share your inquiry with up to 3 participating providers that handle the procedures you selected. A provider decides whether it can evaluate or treat your case.
We handle the logistics. Hospital bookings, pre-op labs, recovery housing, airport transfers, translation if needed — all coordinated from here in Medellín.
We're there when you arrive. Not over email. Not on a chatbot. Physically present in the same city, available by WhatsApp, ready to help with anything from a pharmacy run to a follow-up appointment.
