We encourage all prospective patients to independently verify surgeon credentials through Colombia's ReTHUS registry (rethus.gov.co), confirm hospital accreditation status through the Joint Commission International (JCI), and consult with their own physician before pursuing treatment abroad.

By engaging our coordination services, you acknowledge that all surgical procedures carry risk of complications, that traveling for medical care involves additional considerations (including but not limited to flight restrictions post-surgery, access to follow-up care, and legal jurisdiction differences), and that you are making an informed, voluntary decision to pursue treatment outside your home country.
Scout Theory LLC and BookMommyMakeover.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our coordination services, medical outcomes or complications resulting from procedures performed by third-party surgeons, actions or omissions of any healthcare provider, facility, or other third party, or travel-related incidents or losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us directly for coordination services, if any.
